ONE VINTAGE-STYLE TEE, TWO WAYS ππ π½π
Can you believe it's almost Christmas?! It felt like I was just adding my flamingo ornaments to my tree and now here we are again. Earlier this week I shared my recent "Shop & Tell" highlight featuring a small vintage-inspired apparel business and I also promised to share more of the looks from that highlight.
Today I'm happy to do so and bring you two ways to style a vintage-inspired tee from the lovely shop Mischief Made. I have a few shirts from them but keeping in theme with the holiday season I decided to style this mischievous Jingle Bells t-shirt for you.
Yuri's designs are so adorable and the quality of the shirts are impeccable. They're made of a nice soft stretchy cotton so it provides a bit of a tailored fit. To learn more about her business you can check out my recent "Shop & Tell" highlight.
Now let's dive right into two ways to style this retro holiday t-shirt.
HOLIDAY ROCKABELLA
For this look, I went for a casual pinup rockabilly look. I actually planned on wearing a darker pair of jeans but couldn't find them so I had to make do with these. It also snowed that day and I wasn't going to let that stop my plans for a shoot so we made do and shot in the snow. Hey, it's the holidays after all.
NAUGHTY & NICE
For this version I wanted to make it sexy, playful and sophisticated so I styled my tee with a black jersey pencil skirt, retro-style pinup mules, vintage leopard purse, thrifted black belt to cinch the waist, bright red lips and retro cat-eye sunglasses.
