Animal prints are huge this season, just walk into any store or browse their online collection and you’ll see all the proof. From leopard to cheetah to tiger to zebra (just to name a few) it seems like everyone is going wild and I’m here for it. Unlike many of the Fall 2018 the trend reports, I personally don’t consider animal prints to be trendy, meaning they will be here today and gone tomorrow. They’re classic prints that go back decades and I personally believe they should be a staple in every woman’s wardrobe. I think you should have at least one animal print piece in you’re closet.

Whether it’s a dress, coat, heels, scarf, glasses or even a pair of gloves, animal prints are grounding and ostentatious at the same time. I suppose their neutral color palettes often filled with brown, black and white  provides that grounding aspect but darling be sure to turn heads and capture the attention of anyone with those animalistic prints.

Now speaking of prints, as you know I like mine mixed with lots of color. The bolder the better, so when I came across this dress I felt weak in the knees and just had to have it. The combination of the floral and zebra prints along with the flowy feel of the satin and asymmetrical hemline just called my name.

Many of you often ask what’s the best way to mix prints and I’ve shared a handful of posts about this but I think for those who aren’t  so sure, this dress is the perfect piece because it eliminates all the guesswork.

I wanted the dress to be the star of the show, so I styled it with green satin v-vamp pumps, a vintage beaded zebra clutch, rose tassel earrings to complement the floral print and tortoise sunnies because I just couldn’t help but to add one more animal print, ya dig?

Be sure to check out the ‘Get The Look’ section because this dress is still available in various sizes and I added other options that I think are just as cute.
