CONNECTICUT TOWNHOUSE - FAMILY FRIENDLY ENTRYWAY MAKEOVER

Hey folks, hope you had a good Thanksgiving Holiday. I meant to publish this post yesterday but figured you all were probably busy with Black Friday activities or still in a food coma, so I’m continuing with the Connecticut Townhouse project today even though it’s Saturday.

Unlike my bold personal aesthetic and proclivity for color, my clients leaned towards a more minimalistic aesthetic so as part of convincing them to incorporate color into the space I had to find the right balance between neutrals and colors that would suit their taste. This family friendly entryway (leading from the garage up a staircase to the living area ) was a good example of this balance. The overall goal was for it to be kid friendly, organized and simplistic. Enjoy today’s before & after!

More from this townhouse project coming in subsequent posts this week.
