KRYSTLE'S VINTAGE THIRTY - PART 1
Yaaasssssss!!!! I turned 30 this month and had a blast doing so. I planned on sharing this post sooner but between all the birthday celebrations and work, I had no time to do so until now.
Honestly, I'm super tired and have a ton of work to complete for LinkedIn, and some things to tend to for Mom so I'll keep this post short and sweet on the words and heavy on the images. I have another piece I want to share with you but will do so when I'm not trying to do 100 things at once.
Now you're probably wondering why Krystle's Vintage Thirty, so let me explain. If you couldn't tell, I LOVE VINTAGE. Now besides my deep love, something usually becomes vintage after about 25 years, so I waited 5 more years after turning 25 to ensure I was in the clear. I don't actually think this refers to people but hey, it's my birthday and I make my own rules, damn it! Now even a Vintage Thirty wouldn't be complete without tropical flavor, after all my name is Krystle DeSantos! Now let's dive into some of the images from my 30th birthday weekend.
Celebrations began in the office with a decked out desk to give you all the tropical envy. My dear friend Aileen surprised me with the lovely decor and everyday it makes me so happy when I get to work. It's also functional and hides my many packages that get delivered to the office. High five for that and my Flamingo glasses Aileen!
My team got me a little surprise breakfast treat that consisted of a scrumptious flourless hazelnut chocolate cake from Maison Kayser. Yum, yum, yum! Thanks team!
No one knew I'd be decked out in Flamingo gear that day (or did they?!!!). I'm the Flamingo queen and my natural habitat awaited me, lol!
Friday night, Stefan and I went dancing and man did I shake my tail feather or might I say shake my tassels! I'll be sharing all my outfit looks in part 2 of this post, so be on the lookout!
Saturday I woke up to a room full of balloons and tropical decor. Thank you so much for my balloons Stef!
Hey Flamingo, hey!
My friend from work gifted me a bunch of pretty white tulips. I brought them home and placed on my side table near the bed! Thanks Kim!
I'm actually still decorating our bedroom, and will keep you up to date on the progress throughout the year as I tackle more decor projects.
Treated myself to a little tropical coloring on my special day!
