Every time I travel, I find myself doing versions of red rose swimsuits looks and at this point it’s become a kind of tradition for me.

This particular look began with this pretty vintage rose & snake print robe and I “built” the swimsuit around it. Initially, I thought about adding 3D rose appliqués to the swimsuit but with limited time, I decided to make it quick & repurpose my hair flowers instead.

I actually shared this trick here with you a couple years ago with my bougainvillea hair flowers on the strap of my swimsuit but this time I extended the flowers to my bikini bottoms as well.

I love using accessories in a multitude of ways & have been attaching hair flowers to my clothing ever since I was a teenager. My sister recently sent me a throwback pic of me in the club with a flower on my top that I’ll be sharing soon on IG for fun.
