HOW MILDRED GOT HER GROOVE BACK 🍦 🇯🇲

Hello darlings! Happy Friday. It’s Mildred here ready to serve you up some retro style from my recent trip to Jamaica.

Since Stella got her groove back in Jamaica, I decided I’d do the same but with my favorite sweet treat instead of a problematic man, lol!

Okay all jokes aside, you know I had to get my ice cream and of course, I had to wear something cute with my retro jelly shoes for the occasion. It’s a bit of a tradition whenever I travel as you’ll see at the end of this post!

My flamingo playsuit is actually one I’ve wanted for years and found second-hand. I styled it with a custom handmade 40s style half turban, retro pink & turquoise sunglasses (an older style from crap eyewear) a flamingo handle purse that’s an old style from Kate Spade and my retro jelly shoes.

p.s. Due to COVID restrictions and limitations in moving around, I didn’t take too many pictures of Devon House but it’s a very popular ice cream shop in Kingston, Jamaica and the ice cream was so good I had to go twice. My favorite flavors were the rum and raisin as well as the passion fruit.
